I have Windows 7 Home Edition with a 64 bit operating system. I have a panasonic recorder model RR-US and was able to transfer voice files to my previous computer with windows xp. I understand from Panasonic that Windows 7 will only accommodate a 32 bit operating system.
When I check on the connectivity of the device, I get the message "the drivers for this device are not installed - code 28". Can you help me get around this problem. Many thanks.
The device is not compatible with Windows 7 let alone 64 bit. Try to use the device into a different computer with Vista or prior. At this moment there is no practical solution for this scenario.
