It is not listed on the Microsoft Install Clean Up utility, at least if it is there it isn't legible as such.

No issues with this were reported by the Dell or Microsoft Vista upgrade advisors. This same error message appears in other situations, such as when I start typing in the word "modem" into the Vista search. When I get to the letter d of "modem", it produces this same error message.
