For Megatron here is what I did. It recommends blocking Megatron's attacks, and you should when you see them coming, but in this particular case I found the best defense to be a relentless offense.

Take the melee attack to him hard, particularly the uppercut attack up on the control pad. I found it easy to knock him on his back and then get in some good shots while he was down. Don't use guns at all for this fight.

Then, when he goes in to his protected tank mode, just get as far away from him as possible and use left on the control pad to top up your health. When you beat his bodyguards the Energon you get from their deaths will replenish your energy bar to some degree.

Melee attacks work best on his bodyguards as well, guns and the special attack don't seem to affect them as much. Good luck! Ive tried everything it seems and nothing works! Dragonmaster - 13 years ago. Using Bumblebee, go on to the second floor and activate the magnet. Move it toward Megatron, as much as you can, at least, but do not get it too close to the ground. Then draw Megatron off of his defualt standing area by attacking him by throwing Optimus Prime's Axe at him, from behind the magnet. Be careful! Do not step under the magnet! As Megatron begins to pursue you, switch back to Bumblebee and drop the magnet on to Megatron.

Very Important: lift Megatron of the ground so much as to let you get close to Megatron and attack him.
